- One-time visit to the SPA-center is 3 hours.
- Pre-recording is not required.
- Children under 4 years of age attend the spa complex free of charge, the towel is not included.
- For children under 3 years of age, special swimming nappies are required.
- The price of «Family ticket» includes visiting two adults and two children from 4 to 12 years.
- To visit the SPA complex you need to have swimming equipment: swimsuit, rubber slippers, cap (optional).
- Children under the age of 18 are not allowed in the spa without an accompanying person.
- Visitors who do not know how to swim, as well as children under the age of 18, are advised to stay in the swimming pool on a free float only with life-saving swimming equipment selected according to the child’s age.
Bathhouse Complex
Thermal zone combines several steam rooms and saunas. Choose the one that suits you, or try all saunas at once.
Wet steam in a Turkish bathhouse is much softer than in a Russian bathhouse and gentler than the dry heat of a Finnish sauna. The temperature in the hamam is 40 – 50°C, but the humidity reaches 100%. It is good for those who cannot withstand too high temperatures.
In a Greek sauna the temperature is up to 45°C and humidity is low – 15 – 20%.
The laconium provides steaming, heat treatment and aromatherapy procedures. Uniform heating of the body relieves muscle and nervous tension, stimulates the heart activity.
The time of stay in the laconium is not limited and can vary from 15 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the individual features of the body.
Juniper sauna – the stunning coniferous aroma of juniper has a beneficial effect on the nervous and respiratory system, relieves stress. Additionally, the sauna is equipped with a special automatic water supply system that keeps the sauna air moisture constant. Air temperature 60 -80°C, humidity is 50-60%
The temperature in the Finnish sauna is quite high – 80 – 100 °C. However, despite the frightening figures, this heat is easily tolerated, thanks to the low humidity of 5 – 15%. Dry air is well tolerated by many hypertensives and people prone to colds and skin diseases.
In an infrared sauna, the air is not heated. The sauna works with natural humidity, and the temperature is kept at a comfortable level of 45 – 60 °C. At this temperature, the human body warms up deeply and evenly from the inside. The positive impact of infrared sauna is based on the property of infrared waves to deeply warm the human body:
tissues, organs, joints, muscles and bones.

Salt enriched with minerals has a beneficial effect on the body when the temperature increases. The temperature in the salt sauna does not exceed 50 °C, and humidity reaches 40%. In this environment the healing properties of the atmosphere in the sauna are fully saved.
Therefore, you can stay in the sauna longer than in a regular steam room, but not more than for an hour.
